We are supporting an organisation who need contract technical support for an implementation of the Orion Rhapsody solution. This is an initial 3-month opportunity but has the scope for longer term work. Previous experience with Orion Rhapsody is a must.


  • Install Orion Rhapsody product and deploy completed software builds
  • Requirements gathering and design
  • Technical documentation and testing
  • Perform Orion Rhapsody maintenance, performance tuning, and support tasks
  • Conduct technical support work


  • Strong Rhapsody development skills and familiarity with most aspects of a recent version of the Rhapsody tool
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge around HL7 messaging and/or XML messaging
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry
