Index Medical Ltd is an established online clinic offering digital prescription services for community pharmacy and mail order pharmacies.
The 2 services available to pharmacies are:
Fast Doctor ‘click & collect’ service: patients complete a medical questionnaire online and pay £5 prescription fee. Patients then collect and pay for medicine in-store. Pharmacies set prices.
Dr Fox mail order service: patients complete a medical questionnaire, select medicine, and pay online. Medicine is posted direct. Pharmacies reimbursed cost of medicine +10% monthly. Requires pharmacy website.
There is no cost to pharmacies to sign up to either service. Contact us on info@doctorfox.co.uk. The service is CQC registered, MHRA approved, and managed by a team of GPs who also work in the NHS.
Since its launch in 2010 the company has enjoyed substantial growth. Feedback from patients has been excellent (97% rated ‘Excellent’).
