Join us for an informative session to learn about effective strategies for working across sectors to reduce health inequalities. We will discuss leadership strategies for unlocking historic barriers to meaningful collaboration across health, care, VCFSE, and private industry collaboration, and how to apply these strategies in a logical sequence. We will also share evidence-based methods for including our seldom-heard communities in co-design of innovative solutions that digital leadership can support. This session will focus on and share examples of what WORKS, taking an appreciative approach to cross-sector strengths and examining how digital enablers can leverage those strengths for greatest impact.
