    The BCS Digital Health Journal Club invites you to a live session featuring the authors of the BMJ Health & Care Informatics paper, “Complexities and capabilities of Scan4Safety in NHS hospitals: a qualitative study of a national demonstrator site”.
    In this session, Dr Valentina Lichtner and colleagues will present their research exploring how Scan4Safety is implemented in practice, the organisational and socio-technical challenges involved, and the capabilities it brings to improve patient safety, traceability, and operational efficiency within NHS hospitals.
    The presentation will be followed by an interactive discussion chaired by Fahad Ahmad, offering attendees the opportunity to engage directly with the authors.
    This session is aimed at digital health professionals, clinicians, informatics specialists, researchers, and anyone interested in the real-world implementation of large-scale digital transformation in healthcare.
    Format: 30-minute presentation followed by Q&A
