The digital transformation to electronic patient records (EPRs) has value for hospital trusts, but challenges lie ahead. For example, transitioning to a national vocabulary, SNOMED CT UK, may make it easy for providers and trusts to document, analyse, and share patient data; however, complying with documentation requirements can be complicated, time consuming, and resource intensive.
Simply stated, providers and trusts deserve a simple clinical workflow that helps them easily and accurately capture patient information and adhere to NHS documentation requirements.

This webinar will review:
• Importance of standardizing clinical documentation
• Latest SNOMED CT UK and ICD-10-UK timelines and regulations

• Real world clinical adoption and initial experience
• Available solutions to help trusts and providers standardize clinical documentation
