Care provider access to patients’ records is important at any time, but during a pandemic, it can prove to be a lifesaver. Join our webinar to hear Oxfordshire digital health chiefs, Cécile Coignet and Paul Altmann, explain how they pushed ahead with the rollout of their Integrated Patient Record in the face of COVID-19.

Given the constraints of condensing their deployment, it’s not surprising that there were challenges, so Cécile and Paul will explain how they combatted them, what early benefits are being experienced, and how they engaged with stakeholders to ensure end users and the back office were considered.

The health information exchange deployment is just one step on Oxfordshire’s population health management journey, which aims to enable improved health outcomes that support the development of integrated care. During the session, the digital health chiefs will also touch on how their programme is developing and where it’s poised to go next.

Key takeaways from the session:

  1. Understanding the capabilities and scalability of HIE for providers
  2. How to effectively engage partners and stakeholders
  3. Managing change pre- and post-go-live, including lessons learned
