    Janelle Bierdeman is a nationally certified school psychologist and healthcare solutions leader with over 17 years of experience at the intersection of clinical practice and digital innovation. She began her career delivering direct care to children and families navigating complex behavioral health needs—an experience that continues to shape her approach to system-level transformation.  At Multi-Health Systems (MHS), Janelle leads strategic initiatives that embed scientifically validated assessments into scalable, tech-enabled care models. Her work focuses on helping provider organisations improve access, streamline operations, and maintain clinical integrity as they grow. She has partnered with healthcare systems across North America and Europe, including Psicon in the UK, to modernise referral and assessment workflows without compromising quality.  Janelle brings a rare blend of clinical empathy, operational insight, and implementation expertise. Her sessions are grounded in real-world outcomes and offer practical strategies for delivering behavioural health services that are both efficient and equitable.

    Louise Simpson is an experienced healthcare leader with a strong track record in quality improvement, HR, compliance, and business growth. Since joining Psicon in 2018, she has played a central role in shaping the organisation’s strategy and leading delivery across key business functions, expanding its national footprint in response to rising demand for autism and ADHD services.  Louise is known for her pragmatic, collaborative, and decisive leadership style, and her ability to deliver complex change at pace. She brings deep operational experience from the private healthcare sector and is passionate about patient-centred service delivery. She plays a lead role in scaling operational infrastructure to support sustainable growth.  Her work in driving digital transformation has been instrumental in managing demand at scale, enabling Psicon to become one of the UK’s largest providers of autism and ADHD assessments, treatment, and support.
