Events of the past year have demonstrated the very real value of shared records for the delivery of care, planning of services and management of the health of a population. The requirement is now for all integrated care systems to have a shared care record system in place by September 2021.

At this Digital Health Best Practice webinar, you will hear from one integrated care system that accelerated its shared record plans in order to get maximum benefit in its response to coronavirus.

Senior programme, health and social care representatives for Surrey Heartlands Health and Care Partnership will share their experiences of Surrey Care Record’s accelerated go-live and future plans for the ICS. The presentation will cover:

1. The importance of momentum – how to gain traction across a system
2. IG – turning perceived obstacles into enablers for progress
3. Gaining engagement and winning hearts and minds
4. Beyond borders, what’s next – creating a shared vision for integrated care and population health
