The Women’s Digital Health Market grew from $2.49bn in 2025 to $2.62bn in 2026, and is projected to reach $3.78bn by 2032, according to a report from Research And Markets.

The document states this sustained growth is fuelled by the increased adoption of remote monitoring, advanced analytics, and value-based healthcare digital tools, alongside a heightened focus on privacy, regulatory compliance, and integrated care pathways.

Meanwhile, regulatory scrutiny around algorithmic transparency and real-world clinical validation is shaping product design and market access strategies, while market success requires seamless regulatory compliance and clinical partnerships.

The report concludes: “Sustained success in the women’s digital health market hinges on robust clinical validation, adaptability to regulatory and tariff changes, and effective collaborations across the value chain.

“Organisations that prioritise interoperability, operational resilience, and evidence-based user experience are best positioned to achieve durable market impact and enhance women’s health outcomes globally.”

📖 What we’re reading

Andy Barker, strategic advisor for digital health at Harris Health Alliance and former IT director for East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust, has written an article about how technology must enable, not restrict neighbourhood working.

The feature, published on 29 April in Health Tech World, acknowledges the benefits of neighbourhood care, such as allowing a multidisciplinary care team, comprised of acute, primary, community, social care, and mental health professionals to look after patients’ needs.

Yet Barker says it is being held back by the challenges that come with connecting systems across organisational boundaries.

He writes: “When clinicians are from different organisations, they always hit a barrier with the systems they are using. At best, they can see each other’s information but cannot update it.

“We need to remove the need for double or triple entry of information. Healthcare professionals should not be expected to enter the same information into two or more systems.”
