Should the question be different here: how to make it effortless to share the information and apply practices which would make it seamless to manage any patient from any part of the country and have access to their records? Can’t we learn something from other countries like Estonia? They have been able to build an X-Road-based layer – a secure data exchange layer that allows various public and private sector databases to communicate with one another. In healthcare, it ensures seamless and secure data transfers between hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other entities.
