As healthcare organisations face resource constraints and digitalisation initiatives, they must find new ways to adopt much-needed technology innovations. Imagine how your organisation could move forward if your IT team had more time to collaborate with executive leadership and clinical stakeholders instead of managing day-to-day operations like the service desk.
