  • 7 September 2006

Qualified health IT specialists can now pre-register free of charge for E-Health Insider’s first ever careers fair created to meet the needs of its growing audience.

At Lord’s Cricket Ground, London, on 17 and 18 November 2006 health IT professionals will have the chance to meet potential employers and attend lively, free seminar sessions on topics such as “How to improve your interview skills” and “Polishing up your CV” as well as advice on specialist career themes and new opportunities which are opening up.

The event has been organised in collaboration with Chamberlain Dunn, the publishers of Employing Allied Health Professionals & Health Scientists, and will incorporate similar opportunities for job hunting and careers advice for allied health professionals and health scientists.

Clinical professionals from the AHPs and health sciences who are thinking of making a career change into health IT will be very welcome.

E-Health Insider director, Linda Davidson said: “Over 300,000 people make up this vital section of the health and social care workforce. They need career advice at least as much as other healthcare professionals and our Health Careers Forum has been created specifically to meet these needs.”

If you wish to attend, pre-register free at http://www.healthcareersforum.com

Anyone interested in exhibiting at the Health Careers Forum or sponsoring a seminar session should call Claudia Johnson on 020 8871 5255 or e-mail Claudia@e-health-media.com.
