NHS England directors Rachel Hope and Liz Clow are the latest speakers confirmed for Digital Health Rewired 2026, where they will discuss the development of national digital products shaping the shift to prevention.

The pair will present on the Digital Transformation main stage on 24 March 2026, revealing the priorities for the Digital Prevention Service following the recent £45m contract award to improve access to vaccinations and screenings through the NHS App and accelerate the delivery of personalised care.

They will also examine the next steps in realising the vision of the NHS App as a personalised health companion for patients.

The 10 year health plan positions the app as the NHS’s new front door, enabling citizens to book appointments, manage care, select providers, and track their medications.

Hope, director of digital prevention services at NHSE, and Clow, director of digital products at NHSE, will explain how this vision will unfold across the NHS’s current and upcoming user-facing digital products.

Last week, three NHS university trust chief executives who are betting big on digital were announced as Rewired 2026 speakers.

Professor Andy Hardy, chief executive at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust, will discuss the aspirations, challenges and progress of making one of the largest tertiary acute trusts in the country ‘data-led, operationally delivered’.

Siobhan Harrington, chief executive at University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust, will keynote with Beverley Bryant, NHS chief digital officer for Dorset Providers, on leading digital transformation.

Jonathan Brotherton, chief executive at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, will share his experiences in leading the trust’s digital initiatives for safer care and improved patient outcomes.

Other confirmed speakers include the chairs of the three Digital Health Networks advisory panels – Hayley Grafton, Amy Freeman and Penny Kechagioglou.

Attendees can now take a first look at the stages, inspiring sessions, and early keynotes shaping the Rewired 2026 programme on the agenda-at-a-glance. All confirmed speakers so far can be viewed here.
