Germany’s CompuGROUP Holding AG has appointed Christian Teig as its new chief financial officer.

Immediately prior to his new appointment Tieg was chief executive of Norway’s Profdoc ASA, a company acquired by CompuGroup in July. Teig had managed Profdoc for more than eight years.

Teig will take over the tasks of former CFO Dr Erik Massmann, who will take the chair of CompuGROUP subsidiary vita-X AG.

Gotthardt added: "I am very pleased that Dr. Erik Massmann will assume responsibility for our big business opportunity vita-X. We all thank him very much for his excellent Performance as CFO and his successful contribution to our company’s management."

CompuGroup says that the web-based, personal healthcare file vita-X is one of its most important projects for the future.
