Rewired 2022 National Policy Stage to feature healthtech and NHS leaders

From national leaders at the centre providing updates to organisational changes to NHS CEOs talking about a key digital project – there is sure to be plenty of discussion taking place on the National Policy Stage at Digital Health Rewired

The stage is the home of Rewired’s keynote sessions and is where you can catch national and local leaders sharing the latest policy and investment updates, with subjects covering lessons from the pandemic, NHS recovery, the Health and Care Bill 2021, data strategy and integrated care.

Programme highlights include Simon Bolton, interim CEO at NHS Digital and Dr Tim Ferris, director of transformation at NHS England and Improvement. The pair will have lots to discuss, including the upcoming organisational changes due to take place across NHS Digital, NHSX and Health Education England.

Another key session will be Professor Ian Abbs, CEO of Guys and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and Professor Clive Kay, CEO of Kings College Hospital NHS Trust.

The pair will be discussing their shared Epic electronic patient record project code-named Project Apollo.

Joining them onstage will be Beverley Bryant, who is the chief digital information officer across the two trusts.

Health tech company, TPP, are the confirmed sponsors of the stage and are the co-headline sponsors of the event overall.

Matthew Stickland, director of strategy at TPP, said: “TPP is excited to be co-headline sponsoring this year’s Rewired and, after 2021’s successful virtual conference, we’re looking forward to having the opportunity to get to together face-to-face once again.

“There are some excellent sessions taking place across this year’s event and we’re particularly looking forward to sponsoring the National Policy stage.

“The platform is hosting such a fantastic variety of speakers who are really working at the forefront of national strategy. After such an unprecedented two years, it’s going to be an unmissable opportunity for digital leaders to discuss the most pressing issues for technology, data, and transformation all in one place.”

Taking place on March 15-16 at the Business Design Centre in London, Digital Health Rewired 2022 is a conference and exhibition which brings together all parts of the digital health community to celebrate the best of digital, data and innovation in health and care.

Health and care professionals will be able to network, collaborate and learn in person during two days of educational conference sessions, exhibitions and meetings, all focused on sharing best practice and innovation.

All the conference sessions will be CPD accredited.

Also taking place will be the Pitchfest competition, which returns for its fourth year. The competition will see another 16 digital health start-ups battle it out to the live final to win an NHS test bed site for their idea or solution.
