  • Thames Valley and Surrey was one of the five first wave Local Health and Care Record Exemplar sites announced in 2018, and is working to connect together shared records programmes across Surrey, Thames Valley and Bucks.  Some 3.8m residents will be able to access their records and use digital services and applications that directly support them to manage their own health and wellbeing.  TVS has awarded a £12.8m contracts to Graphnet to link a range of current shared records projects and start to provide population health management.  The first delivery milestones fall in September 2019.
