The accelerating pace of transformation, alongside continually shifting priorities within the NHS means that there is an ever increasing demand for effective programme management across all areas of the health economy. In this Digital Health best-practice webinar, Capgemini and CA Technologies will consider the increasing complexity resulting from shared delivery across a wide number of organisations, and the pressure this is having on the NHS.

This pressure is only set to increase as the range and number of large-scale, ambitious programmes are launched locally and nationally. We’ll discuss the inherent risks of poor programme management and present the successful case study from Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, who have implemented CA Techologies’ programme management tool – making the case for accelerating the adoption of this innovative technology.

Case Study:
David Wyndham-Lewis, Director of Transformation and Technology for Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust will share his experience of how the Trust has implemented CA Technologies’ programme management tool for end-to-end management of both strategic and smaller programmes. The tool is used to plan the Trust’s broader programmes, as well as manage the association with other programmes and the overall end-to-end delivery and management of projects. Use of the tool has provided the Trust with a centralised decision-making platform, improved association between projects and better alignment with the strategic objectives of the organisation.

Discussion:
The webinar will conclude with a panel discussion where the audience will be able to ask questions and add to the conversation.
